A three-round expert survey to forecast trends in Uganda’s primary education system.

My Role & Contributions

• Designed and analyzed expert surveys using Qualtrics and R.
• Identified experts in the education sector who were familiar with primary education Uganda.
• Distributed iterative rounds of the survey in Qualtrics to refine expert consensus on education priorities.
• Provided recommendations to the client based on Delphi findings.

Key Achievements

• Strengthened planning of future education interventions through expert-driven insights.
• Identified priority areas for investment in primary education for the donor.
• Contributed to evidence-based decision-making in education reform.
