Biodiversity Cross Learning Study

The Cross-Activity Learning Study supported Environment and Natural Resource Activities by providing evidence to improve forest and wildlife management and achieve sustainable land use planning in the greater Kidepo Valley Landscape. It focused on enhancing economic benefits through conservation and promoting participatory management across six districts and protected areas.

My Role & Contributions:

  • Managed the data collection process, ensuring everything ran smoothly and met quality standards.
  • Oversaw the evaluation process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Supervised evaluation support specialists, providing guidance and troubleshooting challenges.
  • Reviewed and contributed to data analysis, helping translate findings into useful insights.

Methods and Tools Used:

  • Data Analysis: NVivo for qualitative data, Advanced Excel for synthesis
  • Frameworks Applied: Realist Synthesis, Theory of Change, Systems Thinking
