Karamoja Cluster Collaboration Study

This study assessed how the Karamoja Livelihoods Cluster (a group of partners implementing Activities in the Karamoja region) could enhance collaboration efficiency, explore future development options, and determine the feasibility of replicating the cluster model in other contexts. Findings aimed to support adaptive management and inform the client's approach to establishing additional clusters.

My Role & Contributions

  • Applied Structural Network Analysis using R to map stakeholder relationships.
  • Designed a collaboration tracker that collected information on past collaboration efforts through secondary sources and current collaborations  efforts through quarterly partner updates. 
  • Provided recommendations to improve collaborations among partners in Uganda.
  • Conducted KIIs with all partners that were part of the Karamoja Cluster.
  • Contributed to the final write up of the report.

Key Achievements

  • Strengthened understanding of stakeholder interactions in Karamoja.
  • Provided data-driven recommendations for improving  partnerships among implementing partners.
