COVID-19 Support Third Party Monitoring

My team conducted a Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) exercise across five provinces to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of COVID-19 support provided by a client. The study also examined how COVID-19 interventions were integrated into routine healthcare services at national, provincial, and district levels. My role focused on qualitative analysis for the final report using NVIVO, where I developed themes, coded transcripts, and extracted key insights that informed the final findings.

 Supply Chain KPI Verification

In another TPM exercise, our team worked to verify Key Performance Indicator values reported under a supply chain activity. My contribution involved developing monthly bulletins and newsletters that provided the client with quarterly updates on progress, findings, challenges, and recommendations. The study employed document reviews, CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviews), and site visits to validate the reported KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
